100 Top Pluralsight Courses of All Time
Here are the 100 most popular courses offered on Pluralsight, according to learner enrollment numbers.
Founded in 2004, Pluralsight is an online education platform that offers over 7,000 online courses primarily focused on software development.
Update: The offer has now ended. We’ll update this article when we hear about a new one. In the meantime, here are Pluralsight’s Top 100 Courses.
For one week starting today, October 10, Pluralsight is entirely free, for both new and existing users. This includes free certificates of completion.
This limited-time offer includes access to Pluralsight’s catalog, which comprises: 7000 expert-led video courses, 40 interactive courses, and 20 projects.
In this article, we explain how to redeem the offer. And to help you make the most of the free week, we’ve compiled the 100 best Pluralsight courses according to users. They’re all excellent options to get started.
Pluralsight: By the Numbers
Our colleague @suparn helped us collect data about Pluralsight’s course offering.
We found that since 2012, Pluralsight has launched over 14,177 courses. Some of these are just conference talks, and many of the topics are no longer relevant. Today, Pluralsight boasts a catalog of about 7,000 active courses.
The average length of these courses is 2 hours 10 minutes, while the median is 1 hour 55 minutes. Here’s their difficulty distribution:
Level | Course Count |
Beginner | 4778 (33.7%) |
Intermediate | 7457 (52.6%) |
Advanced | 1800 (12.7%) |
Free Certificates
One week of free access isn’t all that long. But Pluralsight specializes in short courses, with durations ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours. So if you’re motivated and have a little bit of time on your hands, you can squeeze a lot of learning into a week. Above, you can see some of the certificates of completion I’ve earned since the offer went live.
How to Redeem the Offer
Redeeming the offer is simple. You do not need a credit card. Simply:
- Go to the offer page: Pluralsight Free Week.
- Click Sign Up Now.
- Sign up or Log in and click Redeem.
That’s it. You’ll have access to Pluralsight’s entire course offering. The offer starts on Monday Oct. 10 and ends on Sunday Oct. 16, at midnight.

100 Top Pluralsight Courses
At Class Central, to write articles like the 250 Top Free Udemy Courses or 100 Most Popular Online Courses of All Time, we leverage the platforms’ enrollment numbers.
But unlike other platforms, Pluralsight doesn’t share how many learners are enrolled in each of its courses. So for Pluralsight, we used the number of ratings as a proxy for popularity.
Without further ado, here are the 100 top Pluralsight courses of all time.
